Thank you for taking the time to look at property at Mid South and/or Talamore. As you may know, the Mid South and Talamore golf courses have affiliate ownership and are offering one of the area’s premier 36-hole membership program. The Arnold Palmer and Rees Jones designed golf courses are very complimentary to each other and offer a modern golf challenge in designs which have been carefully melted into the landscape of pine trees, wetlands and lakes.
The current club facilities at Talamore feature a pool, cabana and clubhouse along with convenient access to the 95-acre lake and 2 mile jogging and biking trail at Reservoir Park. Mid South’s permanent clubhouse and amenities are set to be completed by early fall, 2006. If you have time, I would be happy to review those plans with you and show you the new facilities. Attached to this letter is general information regarding the Membership Plan and the current rates for 2004. Please note that this information applies ONLY to those properties within the Mid South and Talamore communities, which have an active membership in good standing. If you are looking at property which does not have an active membership in good standing, please contact me to discuss what needs to transpire to ensure that your purchase of property will afford you the opportunity to become a member of Mid South and Talamore.
